Challenge: the customer needed 10,000 SUS304 brackets per month at ±0.05 mm, with PPAP documents and batch traceability.
Solution: TDB designed a progressive die and quoted tooling and part price separately so the customer could plan the budget.
Quality control: first article inspection, in-process checks at set frequencies, and batch codes recorded in the ERP.
Result: consistent quality across deliveries and traceability meeting IATF 16949 requirements.
