Solution: blades are laser cut and formed with a dedicated die; welding fixtures let the robots keep blade profiles consistent.
Quality control: 100% of impellers are dynamically balanced with recorded reports, and packed to sea-freight export standard.
Result: the customer moved to repeat orders of 800 sets per order, supplied from Asia.
